RTS Coordinator Training
This train-the-trainer type program is only for those who have completed RTS Bereavement Training. Participants receive a resource manual and learn the skills necessary to implement a comprehensive perinatal bereavement program. RTS Coordinators maintain perinatal bereavement care as a standard of care in their organization.

RTS Coordinator Training addresses leadership topics -- program implementation, dealing with change and conflict, and the importance of administrative support. Adult learning principles and effective presentation skills are also addressed during this one day program.

RTS Coordinators can teach RTS Bereavement Training to in-house staff members as well as health care professionals from their hospital's service/referral area. The service/ referral area includes those hospitals, clinics and affiliations from which their institution receives referrals or provides service to. The curriculum for the two day course is included in the RTS Coordinator Manual. Outlines and handouts that can be used in  a variety of educational settings are also included.
