$100 Minimum Order
Orders totalling less than $100 (including shipping and handling charges) must be prepaid by check or credit card. Such orders will be processed when payment is received. Orders must total a minimum of $100 (including shipping and handling charges) to be invoiced using a purchase order number.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted. Credit card statements will list charge as Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation.
Returns
We create high quality materials to send a message of support to people who are bereaved. Our materials require special handling to prevent damage during shipping. If you receive damaged items, please call within seven days and we will gladly replace the items. We are unable to accept returns for any other reason.
